Job Description

Job Title: Teaching AssistantLocation: Mitcham, LondonAre you passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in Mitcham.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and supporting student learning.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional help.
  • Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for working with children.
