* Systems Manager - Property Management Business* West London/Hybrid* £60,000 - £70,000Are you a Systems Manager looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact on a businesss ability to make data-driven decisions The successful Systems Manager will be responsible for supporting the business on critical projects, with the most prevalentbeing their Power BI implementation and improving the reporting capabilities of their property management system. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week working from their modern office in West London.The successful Systems Manager will have the following attributes:* Experience working in systems implementation/integrations focused role.* Experience implementing or supporting Property Management Software (Yardi, MRI/Qube, RealPage, Buildium, etc.).* An understanding of data analytics and reporting, with exposure to SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS or Power BI being highly desirable.* Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement new solutions.* Ability to train and support team members in the use of systems and software.* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.* Experience working in property, housing or hospitality is highly desirable.Expertise in business systems and reporting tools will be crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for improving the businesss ability to make data-driven decisions.
