Job Description

Systems Integration Analyst - Acquisition Focused Insurance Broking Group - Perm - HybridGerrard White is working with an ambitious, and quickly expanding insurance broking group who are looking for an experienced Systems Integration Analyst.This is a technical hands-on position that will be responsible of migration programmes following regular acquisitions into the group, focusing on the planning and execution of transitioning business applications, systems and telephony into the core operatingmodel.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing organisations in the UK insurance sector, working with a range of technologies (primarily Microsoft Stack) in a key role that supports the IT Operations Manager in an integration/migrationfocused capacity, but also have the chance to work across a range of IT projects within the group.Responsibilities of the Systems Integration Analyst

  • Performing a critical analytical and supporting role to ensure the successful transition of acquired companies to the target operating systems and models.
  • Ongoing support of systems, system product strategy development, application rationalisation, service planning and systems architecture.
  • Adhere to engage best practice where possible and ensure minimal business disruption.
  • Ongoing tracking, monitoring and reporting of progress by using tools such as Monday.com
  • Providing input into costs, timeframes and projections for budgeting purposes while highlighting potential impacts and opportunities.
  • Gathering of technical and analytical information required to produce Due Diligence documentation by working with third parties.
  • Co-ordination with the IT managers and acquisition teams to digest current state due diligence reports and flag risk.
  • Production of a Gap analysis to identify the migration roadmap of confirmed acquisitions
Required Experience for the Systems Integration AnalystYou will have at least 3 years experience working within a role that has involved the planning and execution of system migrations of acquired/merged businesses, which ideally will also involve telephony.It is also important that you have provided support post-migration, and have a sound understanding of architecture and how different systems integrate into an existing IT estate, and the challenges involved in this.Communication skills are key, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, and be able to explain the so what of technical information to a non-technical audience when necessary.
  • MUST have 3 years experience with Microsoft stack technologies
  • MUST have 3 years experience with Windows Servers, 0365, MDM/Intune, VMWare, SQL, Mimecast, and ideally MS Azure.
