Job Description

Asa B Corp, their strong track record reflects our dedication to people, society, and the environment.Responsibilities: As a OneStream Systems Analyst, youll be an integral part of the Finance Systems team, contributing to the global implementation of OneStream XF. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a subject-matter expert for EPM Systems, managing systems access, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and the implementation of new functionalities.
  • Overseeing the finance data warehouse and ensuring seamless integrations into and out of OneStream XF finance systems to maintain data quality and accuracy.
  • Providing global user support, covering access, security, documentation, and training.
  • Offering cover and support to the wider global finance systems when needed.
Qualifications: Were seeking a candidate who:
  • Demonstrates over 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting OneStream or a similar EPM/CPM tool.
  • Possesses experience in writing SQL queries and analysing large data sets.
  • Has proficiency in VBA and/or VB.NET.
  • Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a quick ability to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Ideally has experience with Snowflake, AWS, APIs, and Cloud ERP Systems (desirable but not essential).
  • Is a problem-solver with excellent people skills and a positive attitude.
Additional Details: The OneStream Systems Analyst will play a key role in the EPM implementation as part of a broader finance transformation project. This includes working closely with implementation partners during systems deployment and taking on the responsibilityof systems administration post-implementation.This role is designed for individuals with an interest in both finance and information technology, offering opportunities to develop skills in leading finance systems. The position is global, supporting US and UK FP&A operations, with potential travel toour Northampton office.Salary: This role will be paying up to £66,000 base salary
