Core IT(Systems Administrator) /Hybrid/ + Additional Language skills(not essential)Have you got at least 4 years of experience in IT Support Would you like to work for a Global Organisation from their office in Central London on hybrid basis(2 days office + 3 days from home) Euro London Appointments is working in partnership with great organisations supporting them to identify great candidates with additional language skills. The main purpose of the role of System Administrator is to provide information systems administration anddesktop support for a global organisation with office in Central London. Additional language skills(English + French or Spanish or German) would be an advantage but NOT essential. RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead systems administrator for the companys technology environment. Tier II technical support to the staff where necessary to help about 45 users to solve potential computer-related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems. *Testing, maintaining, and monitoring computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.*Network administrator supporting the companys HQ Cisco wired and wireless network infrastructure.*Primary administer for management of user accounts for Windows Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Single Sign On (SSO).*Support and operation of Microsoft 365 services to include Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.*Providing technical support and training on Zoom Telephony, Zoom Meeting, and Zoom Webinar platform if necessary EXPERIENCE:You must have knowledge of the following technologies:oWindows 10oWindows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 oMicrosoft Hyper-VoMicrosoft Azure & Azure Active DirectoryoActive DirectoryoMicrosoft Office SuiteoMicrosoft Office 365oMicrosoft SharePointoApple IOSoZoom (or similar video conferencing tools such as GotoMeeting or WebEx)oCisco networking (switches, firewalls, routers)*You need to have at least 4 years of experience in information technology with a specialty in support and customer service.EDUCATION:Technology certifications (i.e., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) If this sounds like you, please send me over your CV to: Please be advised CVs will be treated in the strictest of confidence and that your application will not be forwarded without your permission.
