Our Water Network business provides our customers and communities with lifes essential service Water,and this new role is crucial in ensuring we provide them with every day with the high-quality service they deserve.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst to provide excellent service to Thames Water customers, through the effective operation and maintenance of the Water Network.This is a Monday-Friday role. Based at Deephams. We are offering between £32,640- £48,960 depending on skills and experience.Thisis a technicalrolethatrequiresissuing, briefingthe fieldteamsandthen subsequentlyanalysingdata (flow and pressure)that will be delivered by amulti-skilled field team.Day to day duties would include:

  • Risk assessment - timely completion of risk assessments required for the work impacting the clean water network.
  • Analysing Data - Evaluate and analyse operational information, understanding data integrity difficulties, to resolve basic and more complex problems.
  • Planning and Co-Ordinating work for the field teamensuring that sufficient work is planned for the night resource, allowing the team to remain productive throughout the working week.
Were looking for you to:
  • Have a degree in a suitable discipline like Engineering or possess relevant practical industry experience of working within a water network or leakage environment.
  • Possess good analytical, problem solving, negotiating skills and extreme willingness to learn and work hard to drive their career within Thames Water (essential)
  • Have great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills.
  • Be fully competent at using the appropriate company IT systems and office software.
