Job Description

Yardi System Manager - £90K / £600/day - Location UK WideOER are currently working with an international real estate investor, developer and asset manager, who specialise in large scale commercial development projects throughout Europe. Our client has performed very well over the last year and due to this, are seeking an experienced individual to manage and improve their Yardi Voyager system.This opportunity would suit someone who has previously worked with Yardi in a real estate business either in an implementation, data migration or consulting capacity. Our client are seeking someone who can add value as well as advise on best practice, upgrades and process improvements etc.Key responsibilities:

  • Leading system process and reporting improvements.
  • Manage a small team of 5 in-house Yardi system experts.
  • Business partnering with internal teams, both in the UK and throughout Europe, as well as being the point of contact for Yardi Systems.
  • Provide training and support to in-house team members as well as contributing toward internal Yardi user manuals.
  • Troubleshooting of any system issues and managing support team members to make sure system issues are resolved swiftly.
    • Skills:
  • At least 5+ years experience working in-depth with Yardi Voyager.
  • Previous experience in a management and training capacity.
  • Experience with a system upgrade, migration or implementation preferred.
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally to senior stakeholders.
