Job Description

Company Overview:Our client is a renowned global investment bank recognized for its commitment to excellence and innovation in financial services. With a strategic vision to strengthen its presence in the EMEA region, they are seeking a talented SWF Coverage Lead to play apivotal role in their expansion efforts.As the SWF Coverage Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving business development and managing relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds. Based in the UK, with a focus on the Middle East, you will leverage your expertise and network to identify new opportunities,deepen client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the banks coverage of Sovereign Wealth Funds, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East market.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at Sovereign Wealth Funds, understanding their investment objectives and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment banking, capital markets, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs.
  • Drive new business development initiatives, including cross-selling opportunities and innovative product offerings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and risk management strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to senior executives and investment committees.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and geopolitical events that may impact Sovereign Wealth Funds.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in relationship management or business development roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on Sovereign Wealth Funds.
  • Deep understanding of Sovereign Wealth Funds investment strategies, governance structures, and decision-making processes.
  • Strong network of relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds across the EMEA region, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute business plans effectively.
  • Results-oriented approach with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the EMEA region.
