Job Description

Are you a confident, bright Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Dutch speaker who is seeking a new challenge and wants to develop their research skills in an international organisation If your answer is yes, then look no further! We are urgently lookingfor a Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Dutch speaking Market Research Executive to join a dynamic and friendly team which is based in London; however, you can work remotely.This role is a temporary position with an immediate start and will be for 2 to 3 weeks. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to use your Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Dutch language skills to conduct international research from the comfortof your own home.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound telephone calls to decision makers to gather specific information via telephone interviews
  • Analysing results and reporting back to the management team
  • Ensuring all reports are accurate
Profile:
  • Required to be fluent in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Dutch, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in a customer service, telephone research or market research environment
  • Excellent telephone skills are essential with the confidence to communicate at all levels, including with decision makers
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ambitious
  • Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to start immediately and available for 2-3 weeks
