Job Description

Fantastic new opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to join a London engineering consultancy on an initial 3 month contract basis working from home. You will be working across a range of project sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare and industrial schemes. Due to an increasing workload, they are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sustainability Consultant to join their skilled team.The selected candidate will have variety of key responsibilities including:

  • Preparing, presenting and delivering BREEAM Assessments
  • Assisting with the production of technical briefing notes and reports as required
  • Assisting with the production of Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates
  • Liaising with project stakeholders as part of a specialist team
  • Producing reports and drawings where appropriate
    • Key experience, skills, and attributes:
  • BREEAM training, or other similar sustainability assessment methodology
  • Understanding of Building Regulation Part L
  • Solid building physics engineering skills
  • Experience with LCA
  • Ability to produce concise reports to a good level of English
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office packages
  • Full UK driving licence
