Job Description

Sustainability Consultant | London | Permanent Ref: DB1954Competitive Salary Plus BenefitsOur client is looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their Engineering, Design, and Sustainability Consultancy. The successful candidate will work across the Commercial, Mixed Use, Retail and Industrial sectors.Sustainability Consultant Requirements:

  • Degree or Masters in Sustainability, Energy, Environmental, or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience of OneClick LCA
  • BREEAM qualifications
  • Experience with Circular Economy strategies
  • Knowledge of relevant industry guidance (e.g. UKGBC, LETI, RIBA, RICS and GLA)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Chartered member of a relevant professional body (Desirable)
Sustainability Consultant Duties:
  • Utilise OneClick software to calculate embodied carbon
  • Co-ordinate and manage BREEAM projects
  • Assist with energy and sustainability statements for planning applications
  • Support junior members of staff
  • Lead projects and prepare reports
  • Review design drawings and specifications
  • Carry out site inspections
  • Co-ordination with other disciplines and specialists
