Supported Living Advisor (Housing) Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire £26,077 per annum Full Time36.5 hours per week Permanent This role is knows internally as a "Life24 Advisor" Enthusiastic about making a meaningful difference in peoples lives Seize the opportunity to join us as a Life24 Advisor! As a Life24 Advisor, youll build lasting relationshipswith customers, providing housing-related support through signposting and referrals. Youll play a pivotal role in providing unwavering support to customers of our Grand Union Life24 Service, empowering them to maintain an independent and fulfilling lifestylewithin the comfort of their homes. What youll be doing Building rapport and assisting in independent livingOffering housing-related support through referralsParticipating in the Out Of Hours RotaCollaborating with a diverse team of advisorsUsing Microsoft applications and technology-enabled care systems-Addressing social isolation and supporting vulnerable individualsTo excel in this role youll need to be able to demonstrate Empathy, compassion, and resilienceFlexible and effective communication skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamConfidence using IT systems for accurate record-keepingStrong administrative skills and attention to detailKnowledge of GDPR and customer confidentialityPlanning and organising skills with minimal supervisionDynamic and flexible approach to workingAs part of the customer-critical emergency Out of Hours service element of this role, you must be comfortable with driving to sites at all hours of the day (within Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.) While experience with technology-enabledcare is desirable, its not essentialas long as youre adaptable, willing to learn and committed to making a positive impact, we can teach you the rest!
