Support Team Supervisor, £35k, with £1k travel allowance, WFH flex One of my corporate clients based in London is looking for a supervisor, to join the support team, located within the HQ. This individual will be highly organised, have good IT proficiency, particularly on excel, but will also be a motivating and inspiringleader. Duties and responsibilities: * You will be managing your own diary, prioritising tasks effectively and in line with the business needs. * You will be managing your teams weekly and daily rotas, you must have good excel proficiency. * The work will be pacey, and you need to be able to keep up with this on your laptop, but also be up to speed with current circumstances and changing situations. * You will need to be on top of your teams timekeeping, but also their absences. * You will do a week on week off, on the company phone, to answer any absence calls, meaning that between 4pm and 6pm on every other Sunday you will need to be available, and every other week your shift will start at 6am.* You will need to motivate, develop, and train the staff members in your team. This will be about managing their performance to align with the standard of service that is expected. * You will need to develop relationships with your team members, but also with members of staff and clients across all sites.* You will need to be able to implement new policies and systems and teach and train your teams these. * You will be able to create reports. * You will be able to carry about performance meetings and have the assertiveness to sometimes support tough decisions which are made by your line manager. You will have a good relationship with HR. * You will support with finances, including payroll and invoices. * You may be part of recruiting into your support team.
