Ambitious growth plans see them recruiting for a sole Support Engineer reporting to the CIO.The RoleThe Support Engineers primary responsibility is to enhance the overall customer technology experience by delivering technical end-user support and managing service delivery. This entails overseeing the performance of the entire technical support capability,ensuring that business customers receive exemplary customer service. Continuous review of customer feedback is integral to guaranteeing ongoing excellence in service provision.Within this role, there is a focus on provisioning, supporting, and maintaining core IT services for customers. The Technology Lead plays a crucial role in coordinating relevant teams and individuals to uphold the optimal performance of core IT services.This coordination ensures a high level of productivity among the general workforce.Responsibilities include:
