Reporting to the Technology Support & Infrastructure Manager, the team is dedicated to providing a world-class service to users.As a Support Analyst you will be a crucial part of the Technology Support & Infrastructure team. Your responsibilities include ensuring the continuous operation and protection of desktop and cybersecurity components, responding to user and IT staff queries,and providing VIP technical support to the user across the business.Your Profile:The ideal candidate will have a degree and will have continued their learning and development in the IT space. You should be be experienced in providing 1st to 3rd line support and should have experience in a Wintel / VMware environment.You will be ambitious, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills and have a passion for excellent customer service as you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of technology infrastructure, contributing to the success of my clientsmission.This role will require you to be in the office 4-5 days a weekSalary and Benefits:
