Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating purchase order management and ensuring internal cross functional process running efficiently.Client DetailsThey are Luxury beauty brand that are a family led business who originated from France. They use cutting-edge science to maximise their ingredients and provide the highest quality cosmetics available. They have won multiple awards for their skincare, make-up, and fragrances over the years. They operate within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector and are looking for someone to join their team.DescriptionThe Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the businesss Supply Chain are running smoothly.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Purchase order management for selected retail accounts through SBO software and co-ordination with the 3PL team
  • Build collaborative relationship with retailers by being the first Point of Contact on Supply Chain, with the aim of maximising availability and delivering on time
  • Co-ordinate with commercial teams to consolidate sales data and deliver weekly sell-out report for the UK business
  • Prepare analysis on sell-in and sell-out data to support day-to-day as well as long term business decision making
  • Support on internal cross-functional processes with Finance, Marketing and PR teams; support commercial teams on Supply Chain related issues
  • Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to plan and execute successful launch of NPD throughout the year
  • Assist in the implementation of new Supply Chain processes and long-term projects
  • Any other duties deemed necessary by the management
    • ProfileThe Supply Chain Coordinator will ideally be from a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background and have experience within the Beauty & Cosmetic industry, able to commute to West London and later Central London.Profile
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising
  • Beauty industry experience essential, preferably in the Luxury Beauty segment
  • Experience in managing external customer relationship, ideally with premium UK retailers
  • Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, SBO/SAP experience highly desirable
  • Proactive individual with ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
  • Education: Degree level or equivalent
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
