Job Description

Role involves working closely with the Benefits, Share Plan, Global Mobility and Wellbeing teams and the global vendors account management teams to ensure services are on boarded quickly and delivered in line with contractual requirements, and any service issues are quickly identified and managed effectively.Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure global vendors deliver services in accordance with contractual agreements and SLAs
  • Support efficient and consistent vendor selection and onboarding to minimize amount time, effort and risk involved
    • Customers / Stakeholders:
  • Reduce the vendor management burden on subject matter expert teams
  • Build strong relationships with vendor account management teams
  • Working collaborative with procurement, legal and P&Rs TPM Utility to implement new contracts, amendments and conduct RFPs
    • Operational Effectiveness & Control:
  • Monitoring vendor performance & risks including metrics and regular service review meetings
  • Manage vendor service issues and failures, e.g. SLA failures, data protection breaches, Helios submissions
  • Managing bank-wide cost centres, including AOP process, to ensure vendor costs remain within approved budgets
  • Support P&Rs TPM Utility team to ensure global vendor activities are in line with the organisations policies
  • Experience of vendor management is essential
  • Experience of managing complex global supplier contracts
  • Understands procurement best practice and processes
  • Understands contractual provisions, service expectations and risks (e.g. data protection and 3rd party management)
