This in turn helps us to provide better supportto our broad client base. The Roles and Responsibilities This role is a transformational lead role within the Aspire and GCFO Change Department. Aspire is a multi-year strategic investment programme to transform GCFO into a modern, globally consistent organisation with skills, capabilities and jobs that match competitorbanks. The core of Aspire requires a modern technology infrastructure and data capability - SAP has been selected for Finance. It will result in a cloud-based single instance general ledger and a detailed, granular data store that is shared with the Risk function.This will enable faster monthly close and daily reporting, centralised regulatory reporting capability, self-service MIS, and automated controls . The role is responsible for the strategic vision of FPSL and for driving out the functional standards and providing technical assurance in relation to FPSL, aligning the multiples teams and stakeholders, spanning Aspire, GCFO, Technology and CCIB and CPBB business,to an E2E roadmap for this complex, multi-year delivery. The role will be accountable for people management for the FPSL Change team and responsible for allocating FPSL Change resources to support proritised deliverables in agreement with Delivery Leads. Responsibilities
