Studio ManagerCreative Services£40,000 - £45,000The Role:Major Players are working with a growing communications agency and together, we are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to run the day-to-day resourcing, operations and workflow across their busy studio for projects across digital, video and animationfor their global pharma clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Studio and Artwork background looking to combine their skills and grow with one of the UKs most exciting teams!Responsibilities:* Efficiently manage traffic and resource across channels including digital campaign, video and animation* Understand creative skillsets, aesthetics and need per project when sourcing freelancers* Act as first point of contact for any issues that may arise* Navigate through resourcing and workflow tool ensuring work load across permanent staff and freelancers are up to date* Manage cost sheets according to project whilst monitoring budgets* Actively keep on top of project briefs and teams to ensure project understanding* Maintain high standard communication from Creative Services Department* Ensure that all timelines and schedules are adhered to* Work closely with the Creative Director to implement business operations strategiesRequirements:* 3+ years Resource/Traffic experience within a creative agency environment* Ideal background of artwork/design* Driven by process and implementing best in practice * Confident knowledge of creative skillsets* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment* Strategically minded with a can-do attitude* Strong written, verbal and numerical skillsSalary & Benefits:* £40,000-£45,000
