Student Performance Manager £21,692- £22,220 per annum 37 hours per week The working pattern is 7.5 hours per day Monday - Thursday & 7 hours on Friday 52 weeks per annum 1x Abingdon Campus 1x Witney Campus Permanent We are seeking to appoint two energeticand enthusiastic people to work with students in The Oxfordshire Business and Enterprise School (TOBES), to track and monitor their progress on our full time Futures programme. One post will be based at the Witney campus and the other based at Abingdon campus.This is a varied role and requires a dedicated individual, keen to help young people studying at Levels 1 to 3 to succeed and achieve their full potential. Subject areas are Sport and Business for the Witney campus role & Sport and Public Services for theAbingdon campus role. The successful candidates will be responsible for working closely with teaching staff to ensure that all students progress either into Higher Education or employment by achieving relevant qualifications as part of their study programme,as well as developing skills essential to life after education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. TOBES is an innovative faculty, home to hundreds of creative and enthusiastic students, and many talented and experienced staff.We are passionate about providing the highest quality teaching, learning and assessment, enriching our students though a wide variety of activities, industry placements and visits.
