MO is a centre of excellence providing transactional execution support throughout Europe for structured finance transactions, either funded directly on balance sheet, or via the issuance of commercial paper by administered commercial paper conduits.This role will also include nuances of operational, compliance, project management, finance/accounting responsibilities and compiling data.The ideal candidate will have:Recent exposure to Securitsation / Structured Finance products and deal structures.Experience liaising with the FO teams, deal analysts and legal counsel to ensure a review of administrative sections of legal documents, including loan agreements and fee letters are feasible, whilst developing procedures and processes ensuring consistentand accurate reporting for both new and existing transactions.Experience of LoanIQ, Murex both an advantage.
