Job title: Stress Testing Manager Location: LondonDuration: 12 months initiallyThe Role:My client is looking for a Stress Testing Manager to come in and deal with ICAAP/LPA stress testing alongside other responsibilities, for initially 12 months.Responsibilities: Operations management for ICAAP/LPA stress testing Planning and real time tracking Change management Point of contact for stakeholders Communications including committee materials Presenting to senior management in meetings and updating across UK LE and Group forums Assisting stress testing execution and the development manager in resolving execution related issues identified in planning or in real time Controls documentation/review/evidencing EUC review/documentation/recording Project to review/document/automate E2E pipeline of stress testingRequirements:Experienced in risk management/stress testing Familiar with broad terminologies across risk/capital management and finance e.g. credit risk, pillar 1, cva, expected loss calculations, VaR calculations, PTI, combined capital buffersProactive approach to resolving issuesExperienced and skilled in dealing with busy stakeholders across regions/culturesExcellent written communication skills and good presentation skillsMotivated to contribute and learn to/from the roleProject management experience in some form is a plusNeeds to have experience/understanding of risk management/stress testingCandidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.Please be advised if you havent heard from us within 48 hours then unfortunately your application has not been successful on this occasion, we may however keep your details on file for any suitable future vacancies and contact you accordingly.Pontoon is an employment consultancy and operates as an equal opportunities employer.
