Were seeking a future team member in a newly created position as Head of Strategy & Portfolio Management to join our Chief Operating Officer team. This role is in London, LND - HYBRID. In this role you will be a member of the Chief Operating Office, within Treasury Services, responsible for developing and executing various strategies to enable the business to meet its high-growth and operational excellence objectives. This role will involveliaising and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving market research and analysis, evaluating, and identifying opportunities whilst overseeing our portfolio management function. This leadership role is critical to thebusiness agenda and serves as a member of the COO leadership team, collaborating with the Treasury Services Leadership, Technology and Partner teams to drive our investment and capacity opportunities. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: • Lead and organize the development, maintenance and communication of the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the business. • In partnering with Sales and drive analyzing the market for white space growth opportunities • Gathering and sharing competitive and market intelligence • Ensure any applicable metrics and performance pointers are in place in order to measure all progress. • Identify strategic blockers and help to reduce these risks. • Preparing for and managing board presentations • Identifying Business performance areas for design optimization • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity. • Advocate for the strategic use of data and promote a data-driven culture. • Direct oversight and accountability of the Portfolio office to effectively management initiatives from intake and demand management, through to benefits realization. • Build strong relationships with Treasury Services stakeholders to understand opportunities and support business cases, prioritization and execution oversight. • Working collaboratively across the business and technology organizations to ensure project scope, financial forecasts, and resource deployment are optimal to deliver on the overall business strategy. • Responsible for Business case management execution and adherence, aligned to drive in partnership with Engineering the Treasury Services capital plan. • Deploy and manage OKRs and KPIs framework. • Proactively partner with the program initiatives and project managers who are the primary contacts for clients and groups within the Treasury Services Function To be successful in this role, were seeking the following: • Advanced degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, sufficient years of related strategy, business management experience required, and/or the consulting/financial services industry. • Problem-solving skills in order to identify problems, evaluate options and execute solutions. • Experience planning and managing a large complex set business critical initiatives. • Strong Program management experience including Agile requirements. • Has assisted in resource allocation and financial analysis as part of the budget reporting.
