Job Description

Strategic Partnerships Manager - London - Hybrid (office/home)Up to £60,000 base /OTE £70,000Our client is an exciting and innovative fintech start up who are stepping up their expansion plans for the year ahead. As part of that expansion they now have a brand new opening for a Partnerships Manager to join them.Reporting directly to the VP of Sales you will help to onboard new partners and work closely with marketing teams to enhance partnership promotions and campaigns, contributing to commercial growth by growing leads coming from existing partnershipsYou will probably come from a SAAS, digital or media background and ideally have worked within a B2B2C environment/role.Benefits:

  • £50,000 - £60,000 / OTE £70,000

Job role of the Partnerships Manager:
  • Contribute to commercial growth targets
  • Help onboard partners (be part of final stages sales cycle)
  • Create success plans and meeting structures for key partners
  • Include C-level stakeholders in your partnership discussions
  • Create a rich content & campaign library to standardise best practises
  • Work closely together with Marketing and copywriters
  • Create reporting structures for internal and external learnings - be data driven
  • Create case studies and white papers with partners to inspire other partners with best practises and to help expand the partnership base
Skills/experience required for the Partnerships Manager role:
  • A proven track record in a partnerships, account management or CS role
  • You are highly customer focused with a commercial mindset
  • You are creative and like to create high performing partnerships based on content and great lead generation strategies
  • You have an ability to understand customer business drivers and ability to establish buy-in at all levels;
  • You are proactive and always think about ways to make things better
  • You are structured & like tracking and analysing your sales performance data
  • Passionate about digital platforms
