• Portfolio Management & Strategic Planning - This covers portfolio delivery governance, investment governance and overall strategic change planning
• Mission Critical Initiative Delivery - Team of senior change professionals who own the delivery of priority initiatives, which are typically end-to-end, high value or problematic. This application of pragmatic change standards and best practise

Role DescriptionProject Manager / Business Analyst to lead the Client Onboarding Workflow Project. The project will deliver definition of design and implementation of Wholesale Client Onboarding Workflow Strategic Solution.The Client Onboarding Workflow Project forms part of a wider Strategic Programme to deliver the Strategic Roadmap for Onboarding and KYC for Wholesale ClientsSkills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:Essential

• 10+ Years experience in Project Management and Business Analysis across large complex Global projects at a financial institution
• Excellent knowledge and experience of Wholesale Client Onboarding and Client Data Management
• Excellent understanding of Client Onboarding Workflow
• Ability to lead definition and agreement of Workflow Design and Requirements across Global teams
• Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt approach to different levels of seniority
• Experience working with technology teams to deliver complex solutions across multiple business areas, functions and locations
• Exposure to structured project management techniques
• Experience in collating requirements and translating them to user, functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of delivery
• Experience in defining testing approach, test plan and test co-ordination
• Experience working with development teams to clarify that design meets requirements.

Desirable

• Experience of KYC/ AML Regulations
• Understanding of global markets trading products (Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities) and/or securities services (Prime, Collateral, Clearing, Custody, Fund Services)
• Experience in Onboarding processes across Legal, Credit Risk and Compliance
