Job Description

About The RoleThe key responsibilities of this role are:

  • To act as Claranets key UK representative for named key Strategic Go to Market Technology Alliance Partnerships
  • To develop, manage and lead the execution of integrated joint business plans
  • To track, report and communicate key performance indicators around opportunity management, stakeholder management, capability alignment, portfolio & propositions development, joint GTM & marketing
  • To develop and enhance the executive relationships between Claranet and the Strategic Alliances including operating regular joint business review sessions
  • To identify and lead agreed development or investment programmes between Claranet & the named Alliances
  • To build strong relationships with key points of contact for Claranet across the named Alliances
  • To maintain and develop Claranets partner status with the named Alliance and advise the business of opportunities to further develop
  • To communicate and coordinate strategic initiatives with counterparts in other Claranet Business Units (Security & Cloud)
  • To ensure Claranet is maximising use of available partner marketing funds and incentives
  • To establish and operate a programme that maximises the relationship between Claranet and the Alliances sales organisations to increase the level of joint opportunities worked on
About YouEssential
  • Previous experience undertaking an IT/Technology Partner/Alliance role with key IT services technology organisations such as Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, HP
  • Solid understanding of the UK Managed Services Partner and Systems Integrator market
  • Sound knowledge of Networking, IT Services & Managed Services industry
  • Professional, trustworthy, and credible with a strong drive for results
  • Collaborative, organised and with strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships up to executive level
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Sound business acumen and ability to hold business level conversations with senior client contacts
  • Proactive and determined approach to succeed
  • Clean driving license
