The role Youllbe the driving force to grow the accounts of a number of our key brokers and networks, fuelling profitable growth and delivering long term value and a first class service in true Hiscox style. This role will offer the right individual a strong presence andvoice within Hiscox, both with internal senior management teams and externally with the major UK Brokers. The Hiscox Strategic Account Management Team look after the largest and most important broker relationships for the Hiscox UK broker channel. Our StrategicAccount Managers operate nationally, adding an extra level of relationship ensuring a first class service is delivered. These strategic accounts drive and deliver top line profit so you will be part of a team that is driven, ambitious and successful. Thisrole will also work closely with the Distribution Director, supporting on special projects ensuring our Strategic Account Management is best in class across the Broker landscape. What youll be doing Be the go to person with key players in your assigned brokersand networks Be responsible for the profitable growth and strategic objectives for your assigned brokers Lead account planning that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period Measure andreview progress and performance Work with regional teams, underwriting, claims and management in hunting for and converting larger cases or deals Develop a pipeline of new opportunities for the regional teams to deliver against, co-ordinating tender responsesand leading bids Providing input and new ideas to the Strategic Account Management sales strategy and pipeline process Our must-haves A strong performer with significant large account management development experience in the UK broker channel Engaging andable to bring commercial intellect Contribute to the overall UK strategy and add value beyond your own specialism Able to quickly establish credibility in order to develop long lasting relationships with brokers and Underwriters Organised with a proactiveapproach to juggling priorities A flexible approach to workload and travel within the UK Diversity, Inclusion and Hybrid workingAt Hiscox we care about our people.
