Job Description

As Store Manager for Samse Samse, you will be in charge of the daily management of our new store inLondon. You and your team must provide an outstanding level of customer service, ensure customer loyalty and maximize sales targets.JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure an outstanding level of customer service at all times
  • Deliver onsales targets and maximise performance
  • Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) asthe basicmanagement toolevery day
  • Manage the administrative aspects of running a store, including schedule planning, budget planning, general reporting, etc.
  • Lead, train and recruit the best possible team membersof Sales Advisors
  • Develop the stores visual identity and interior to thehighest possible level
  • Buy-in and secure the right selection of Samse Samses collections
