We currently have over 1 customers and were scaling fast- in 2020, we added 250,000 users and so far in 2021 we have added over double that number!Our team is currently just over 190 people and we are on track to double headcount year-on-year, as we look to support our growing user base and drive internationalexpansion - were scaling across the world in London, Brisbane, Stockholm, and Vancouver!Our technology teams, across software engineering and product, are the beating heart of our mission. The teams work in collaborative verticals to build our platform. Thismeans customers can put their savings to work in the global markets via a product and user experience they can trust, which currently enables 50,000 - 100,000 trades per day.Were now seeking a Staff Product Security Engineer to join and lead a growing securityengineering team as we look to build a secure market-leading investment experience for our customers.***What youll do:** Be responsible for our security tooling integrated with CI/CD and feedback loops for engineers to manage vulnerabilities* Work with engineersto provide guidance on implementing secure applications and infrastructure throughout the software development lifecycle* Perform architectural design reviews and threat modelling exercises of Freetrade services and advice on security best practices* Developinternal security tools that advance our security capabilities and automate the mundane* Write and execute technical policies, standards, and procedures***About you:** Youre a strong communicator and love collaborating with other teams* Youre comfortablewriting infrastructure-as-code and writing code to interact with our third party tooling* You have a comprehensive knowledge of Web/API application security, and cloud and containers technologies* Youre a self-starter and are able to work autonomously toidentify and solve problems-* Annual bonus* Private healthcare* Macbook* Private pension* Freetrade plus account* SIPP account* £200 to go into your GIA* Bonus scheme* Life assurance* Cycle to workWe operate a 5-Step Process, including:* Screening call withour recruiter* Chat with our Head of Information Security* Technical screen* Coding task* Values interview to round things offGCP, Software Architecture, AWS, Azure, Penetration TestingGCP, Python, Terraform, Typescript, CircleCI
