Our team supports hundreds of DSPs who engage thousands of Delivery Associates to deliver millions of packages per week through ourLast Mile delivery network.The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with strategic communications, business acumen, and excellent writing ability. Exercising extremely high judgment in narrow timeframes, particularly by injecting logic and care into strategic communicationstargeted at DSPs, is critical.You will Insist on the Highest Standards regarding DSP-facing communications and content. You will rapidly Earn Trust with multiple cross-functional partners, including program managers, product managers, and executives. You will be a thought leader who indexeshigh on emotional intelligence. You will bring in fresh ideas to simplify and scale our communications processes. You will have a passion for storytelling as there are so many wonderful stories to be found in this innovative space. Our environment is fast-pacedand requires a candidate who has a high Bias for Action and thrives in ambiguity.This role is a unique hybrid of B2B Comms and Internal Comms. Key job responsibilities• Develop a multi-channel content strategy for new program, technology and product launches, including written communications, executive messaging, infographics, and video • Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content • Interview DSPs (Delivery Service Partners) and build advocacy stories to promote the program as entrepreneurial opportunity of choice • Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communicationsA day in the lifeWe write a lot and "are right a lot"! We respond to business needs and develop messaging for change announcements. We also interview DSPs to build compelling spotlight stories and testimonials. We own multiple channels by which we communicate to our DSP Owners, including the Communication Center, Pardot email, a dedicated newsletter, and an internal social forum. We partner effectively with other content creator teams at Amazon to bring consistencyand amplify our storytelling efforts across the Last Mile ecosystem.The EU-DSP Communications Team comprises is made up of eight Communicators. Even though we are based in different cities across Europe and UK, we have a highly inclusive and collaborative culture. We approach each other with respect and humility, and have funmaking history, together. DSPs count on us to provide helpful and trustworthy information so they can operate their business efficiently and focus on what matters most to them, i.e., building a safety-first culture, developing their team and delivering millionsof smiles in their communities.We write a lot and "are right a lot"! We respond to business needs and develop messaging for change announcements. We also interview DSPs and DAs to build compelling spotlight stories and testimonialsadvocacy stories. We own multiple channels by which we communicateto our DSP Owners, including the Communication Center, Pardot eEmail, a dedicated newsletter, and an internal social forum. We communicate to DAs through the DA In-App Newsfeed, built within their Amazon Delivery App. We partner effectively with other contentcreator teams at Amazon to bring consistency and amplify our storytelling efforts across the Last Mile ecosystem.The EU-DSP Communications Team comprises is made up of eightsix high- performing Communicators.
