Job Title - Senior Engineer, AVPLocation - Pune, IndiaRole DescriptionThe newly rebranded Cloud & Platform Technology (CPT) franchise sits within Group CIO as part of the Group CTO function. We are responsible for forward looking technology across Deutsche Bank (DB) and offer 4 macro products: Application Platforms, Data & Analytics,Process & Automation and Developer Tooling. We aspire to be the benchmark technology organization in DB. The goal of Developer Tooling is to provide enterprise development tools as services for teams across Deutsche Bank, enabling them to reach higher levels of maturity in their process. These services consist of all necessary to support teams from initial Program/Projectinvestment governance decisions and subsequently management through development, testing, deployment as well as compliance with the Banks software processes. Your key responsibilities The role comprises engineering expertise in design, deployment and maintenance of DT tools, SME of the application in terms of operational knowledge as well as requirements. Working with the product owner, level 2/3 teams, vendor contacts and the engineeringteam to handle daily operational tasks and long-term projects. Typical operational tasks may include designing and implementing automation for application deployments, application upgrades, application & data migrations. Also understanding and adherence withbank policy and standards related to security and production release controls and working with the rest of the SDLC team to ensure the full compliance. Your skills and experience

• Should have wider and deeper understanding on SDLC tools , features, plugins used and its working
• Experience/Awareness on Cloud Migration Projects/Applications. Good to have experience on Atlassian products
• Should have worked with different communities of users / stakeholders who use such platforms across Business, CIO teams
• Should be a power user and a champion of Agile methods/practices and consistent user of tools (Jira, Confluence or similar tools)
• Should have awareness of standards related to security, built work relationship with tool vendors
• Hands on experience on Platform maintenance and support
• Strong knowledge of Windows, UNIX/Linux operating systems and networking/infrastructure
• Knowledge of Jira and confluence features and the understanding of plugins and its working
• Understanding on Encryption mechanism, SDLC ORR process and control closures
• Very Good understanding and work experience on Xmls, Oracle Database, Database Queries, REST APIs
• Good to have experience/knowledge on Servicenow, Java and application monitoring, Webhooks, Programming scripting

Education/Certification:

• Educated to bachelors degree level or above (or overseas equivalent)

• Experienced in large enterprise business management roles
• Organized and driven to continuously improve processes
