SQL Application Engineer (T-SQL, SSMS & SSRS) by a Legal Firm based near Farringdon Station in London paying upto 50k. Youll be part of a team of 15Skills & Experience required,Advanced knowledge of SQL (T-SQL, SSMS & SSRS) including building and decommissioning of SQL servers/services;report design, analysis, and creation of reports utilizing Power BI and SSRS;Experience of SSIS or another integration / data transformation application:Experience of managing data and processes using Rest API;Developing with Microsoft applications (share point, Power automate, power APPS and RPA)The SQL Application Engineer will work closely with business, IT, and project teams to develop and support processes and applications, and help supplement the IT teams capacity to maintain a growing and complex environment. Responsibilities include developingK2 workflows, integrations (Intapp), and reports (Power BI, SSRS), managing core applications such as Elite 3E, NetDocuments, and Intapp Time, and handling BAU support and project work.Requirements:* Microsoft 365 development experience (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint)* Power BI report development and integration with 3rd party systems* MS SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, database design, and data warehousing experience* RESTful API knowledge, familiarity with programming languages (e.g. C#, Python, JavaScript)* Azure and M365 PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, Windows Server expertise* Technical writing and presentation skills* Knowledge of web technologies, network protocols, and UAT scriptingDesired Skills:* Workflow system development* Knowledge of legal sector-specific applications (NetDocuments, Interaction, IntApp, Elite 3E, EDG Design Gallery)* ITIL Foundation level knowledgeGeneral Skills:* Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven* Commercial awareness and strong communication skills* Good team player, problem solver, and decision maker* Committed, passionate, and enthusiastic* Respects, reliable, and supportiveNote: A split of 50/50 between BAU support and development is expected
