Job Description

Event Sponsorship Sales, Sales Executive, Sponsorship Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Management, Sales and Marketing, Permanent, LondonSponsorship Sales ExecutiveHubXchange, a provider of cutting edge Xchange events for the Life Sciences is expanding and looking for dynamic Sales Professionals to join their experienced small team in London.They work globally with senior executives from Pharma & Biotech to deliver thought-leadership b2b events in the Antibodies Therapeutics, CNS & Neuroscience, Oncology, Advanced Therapies, Genomics, CDx, Oligonucleotides and AI space.They will provide coaching & mentoring to develop the right individuals into successful, multi-faceted sales people that will thrive in a high-paced, fun, & entrepreneurial environment.You will be sponsorship packages across their international portfolio of unique Xchange b2b events. This is an opportunity for long-term career growth and to earn £70k+ in your first year.Key Tasks:

  • Sell delegate tickets across a number of physical events
  • Engage with senior business leaders across social media, email campaigns and phone calls
  • Become embedded within the content of industry you are working within
  • Research the market and generate your own hot leads and enquiries to call
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets and take-home hefty commissions.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • 12 Months Sales experience (Event Sponsorship sales experience preferable)
  • Commercially aware with good research skills and the ability to understand complex markets
  • Clear demonstrable understanding of sales process
  • Passionate about developments in Life Science space
  • Self-motivated with lots of energy & enthusiasm to hit targets and make money
  • Enjoy talking to C-Level industry leaders on telephone and conference calls
  • Exceptionally well organised and able to manage your own diary efficiently
  • Excited by working in a fun, fast paced, small team.
  • Sociable - you will be travelling the world networking at our events
  • Ambitious and keen to progress career rapidly at their events
