Job Description

Specialist ICT Analyst needed to work in East London paying £316.33 per day- Reference: 689884This is a full time role on a temporary basisThis role will involve:

  • Provide application support for key line of business services within a windows, MsSQL and Oracle environment
  • Manage application support team staff and processes in the day-to-day delivery of IT Applications supporting
  • Work with the DEVOPS manager to review team performance to identify & address any skills/support shortages within the team.
  • Take online management duties for up to 12 staff.
  • Assist in setting team appraisal targets and monitor progress via regular one to ones
  • Coordinating day to day application support calls and making sure they are being progressed within the agreed SLAs.
  • Manage planned BAU Application upgrades/patching with team resources and ensure systems and applications are stable and fully functional after any system application change or release has taken place
