REFERENCE: 10259 /35S Our client, an innovative and successful private equity fund with a focus on pan-European mid-market investments, are looking to hire an associate to join their investment team. They have recently closed a new fund and are rapidlyexpanding, making this an exciting time to join. As an associate, you will be helping the team making and managing investments, focusing mainly on Spain. RESPONSIBILITIES: You will conduct industry research and build financial models to identify new investmentopportunities Conduct valuation analyses on potential acquisitions Lead the due diligence work on transactions Monitor and manage relationships with portfolio company management teams YOUR PROFILE: Fluent in Spanish, English and ideally a third European languageExperience in private equity, investment banking, and/or strategy consulting Strong skills in financial modelling and valuation Previous experience in conducting due diligence Excellent communicator and team player
