We are looking to recruit a Sous Chef for this busy and successful Gastro Pub, near Camberwell.As Sous chef, you will be working 5/7 days and be given the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen. The Pub serves traditional, best of British food, in a relaxed and friendly environment.Were looking for a Sous Chef who is keen to serve quality food, using fresh ingredients and work as part of a close-knit, established team. This business has multiple sites and is still expanding, meaning excellent career progression for the suitable SousChef candidate.You will be involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen including staff training, ordering, stock control and an input into menu planning.The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a Gastro pub, or quality restaurant environment.If you are confident in helping direct a team in a fast-paced environment and looking to fine tune your kitchen management skills, this would suit you!
