DESCRIPTION Amazon Publisher Services is a suite of cloud-based services that helps publishers build thriving digital business. We are seeking a technology-savvy and customer obsessed solutions architect for our Advanced TV team. In this role you willwork directly with broadcasters and publishers in premium video streaming space and help them use Amazons advertising technologies for monetization and other relevant business purposes. You will develop relationships with technical stakeholders within publisherorganizations and will lead, verify and otherwise guide nuanced advertising integrations based on business requirements and technical capabilities. Responsibilities will include: - Acting as a technical consultant and primary technical point of contact forcustom advertising integrations - Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges for our publisher customers and validating new integration launches - Being a key technical liaison between Amazon Publisher Services OTT publishers and product/engineeringteams - Identifying new product requirements and features for development - Identifying short and long-term product opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to customers Impact and Career Growth: - Opportunity to develop strong initiative, learnquickly and innovate at scale on behalf of customers - Have the ability to experiment autonomously with meaningful projects - Be part of an agile team developing new technologies in OTT/streaming video advertising space - Enable ad technologies that will reachmillions of Amazon customers BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience - Significant experience with ad tech methodologies (e.g. header bidding, SSAI, VAST) and technologies (ad servers such as Google AdManager, Freewheel, etc.) - Significant experience communicating technical concepts to external business and technical audiences - Experience with data analysis technologies such as SQL, Hive etc. - Experience configuring or troubleshooting web services orREST-based APIs. - Experience working with client-side and server-side debugging tools (Charles, Wireshark, cURL) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Experience in OTT video advertising - Knowledge of CS fundamentalsincluding data structures, algorithms, and networking - Development experience with JavaScript, Ruby, PHP or other scripting languages - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau - An interest in the business behind the products we develop -Mastersdegree in Computer Science, Data Analysis or other related field (Not Required- Proficiency in German or other regional languages (Not Required)
