The Role Corporate Lawyer 3-6 PQE to join Top 100, Legal 500 & Chambers-ranked team in London. Corporate transactions, including corporate acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs/ins and private equity and venture capital investments,are the teams lifeblood. You will be working with large listed and unlisted companies, PE/VC backed companies, mid-market PE investors, venture capital firms, ambitious management teams and founder shareholders on their strategically important transactions.Joining the team, you will manage matters that consider M&A, private equity and public equity transactions for listed corporates, more often divided between strategic advice and lead negotiations, key documents, ancillary documents and due diligence. Workingclosely with the Partners, you will be challenged and this will help you exceed your own personal expectations in terms of progression.
