Get involved in projects across Airports, Nuclear & Power, Aerospace, Defence, Energy, Environment & Geoscience, Transportation and Water. You could be involved with developing facial recognition, verifying nuclear power plants safety shutdown systems, and supporting teams with digital transformation.Where could you workNuclear and Power:Summer placement locations: Warrington, WhitehavenIndustrial year locations: Warrington, WhitehavenDegree requirements: On track to achieve a minimum of a 2.2 Masters/MEng degree in Maths, Computer Science, Physics, IT, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Geography, GIS, Geospatial, App Development, Information Technology & Communications, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control & Systems Engineering, or equivalent.As a Software & Digital Engineering placement student youll support the development of and deliver innovative digital solutions across the full project lifecycle in line with our four digital pillars: reality capture, design, site delivery and asset management. Our teams work closely with our clients to offer and develop these solutions across many challenging projects with these solutions ranging from mechatronics and robotics to coding and software development, as well as generating visualisations with immersive media support such as Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.Our teams work closely with our clients to offer and develop digital and technology solutions across many challenging projects.
