Job Description

Social Media ManagerNorth London£28k - £32k (Dependant on experience)My client is a well-established eCommerce company with a portfolio of successful beauty brands. Due to growth and phenomenal success over the last year, the opportunity to recruit a Social Media Manager has arisen. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with creative flair, and a dynamic, forward-thinking self-starter.   • Building and engaging with social communities and use data-driven insights to improve and optimise content strategies.
  • Responsible for the content strategy across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Youtube and Pinterest
  • Consistently learning a deeper understanding of how social platforms and behaviors impact wider marketing/communications efforts as well as the business at large.
  • Ensure immaculate execution of social activities
    • Requirements:
  • Passionate about the beauty industry.
  • 3 years + Social Media Management experience ideally in the beauty industry
  • Experience in developing and delivering the strategy for both paid and organic social activity.
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
  • A self-starter who can take initiative and make their ideas happen
