The Social Media Insight manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive view of social intelligence (product launch, competitor benchmark, brand health, campaign analysis). They inspire and empower a digital revolution with cutting edge technologies and a focus on innovation.DescriptionUse Social Listening tools (Crimson Hexagon, Sprinklr) for regular and ad hoc reports.Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to deliver flagship products launch, brand health, competitor bench marking social insights reportShare regular reports and learnings with marketing and product teamsTo pro-actively share learnings to category marketing and product teams, promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent analysis and recommendations to related marketing department (PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)Collaborate with wider CMI leaders to develop integrated reporting and analysis, especially in support of the development of the teams analytical capabilityManage Social agency to ensure efficiencies and the quality of deliverablesLead the relationship with HQ teams responsible for the management and development of our social listening analysis and reporting tools - ensure that the requirements of the European Subsidiaries teams are communicated and represented in HQ.Working closely with respective Campaign Insights Managers to provide insights through the campaign development and activation process from strategy development, target audience identification, definition of KPIs and performance measurement and reporting plan.ProfileStrong project management skills and experience in using social listening toolsStrong data synthesis and interpretation skills -taking data from a range of sources and building into clear and compelling stories.Naturally inquisitive with a strong desire to dig deeper into an observed trend and the reasons behind it.Systematic approach to work/projects -plans ahead thoroughly and lays out clear milestonesA genuine passion and curiosity for understanding what makes consumers and customers "tick" and inspiring others to do the sameRigorous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracyProactive, self-motivated, self-sufficientConfident, strong communicatorPragmatic approach to working with a focus on speedJob OfferThis is a long term contract position with up to 10% on target bonus; the offices are based 30 minutes from Waterloo and 20 minutes from Clapham.
