A successful and established e-commerce business selling sports, fitness, healthcare, and safety products is looking for an office based Social Media Executive to join their growing team!The role is office based in Clapham, South London.The business has been launching world-class websites for the last 14 years and operates over 20 successful e-commerce sites in multiple industries from its head office. We need to regularly post and update our sites and platforms, and engage with our customersto increase our reach and influence. We now need a creative professional to join our large content team.This is a fantastic role where you can use your skills to develop and enhance our existing channels, as well as create new channels and engage with audiences that we have not yet reached.Benefits of the role:

Location:This is an office-based role. Our offices are located between Stockwell and Clapham North Underground Stations on the Victoria and Northern Lines. We are an 8-minute walk from both stations. Its a great location for public transport and a fast commute.As a Social Media Executive your duties will include the following elements:

• Develop strategies and deliver engaging campaigns across all channels, optimising our brands profile for each channel
• Manage the day-to-day handling of the businesss channels, efficiently posting and maintaining channels manually and by using scheduling tools
• Work with our content, graphics and video team to generate rich and engaging content for social media and on-site use; creating, curating and posting relevant and engaging content that leads to profitable conversions
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, journalists, and external content creators to promote products, brands and services
• Build our audience and develop our reach and influence as a business
• Set up new channels on platforms not yet utilised by the business, ensuring that new and existing profile pages are complete and optimised
• Work with the wider team to manage social media shops/stores
• Create email campaigns using Mailchimp and other mail platforms for remarketing to our existing customer base
• Create, manage, and maintain communities and groups
• Monitor reactions and regularly report on engagement and ROI to senior management
• Identify opportunities to sell new products and services, and take appropriate steps to engage with suppliers and/or communicate these opportunities to the business development team
• Identify opportunities for us to improve our online and website content, and optimise our websites/on-page factors to enhance customer engagement and conversions
• Analyse and report on competitor activity across channels and websites
• Engage with existing and prospective customers viewing our profiles or enquiring directly via online platforms
• Work with our PPC team to create advertising campaigns, optimise advertising performance across channels and assist with native advertising campaigns and strategies
• Other ad hoc social media, content, and marketing related duties

• Must be fluent in English

The working hours of the Social Media Executive role are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 paid working hours per week).
