We are seeking an experienced, creative, and self-motivated individual with a social media background and an enthusiasm for festivals, who would like to work within a busy events company.The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Reading and Leeds branded social media channels, producing engaging content for all digital platforms, and regularly analysing digital trends and performance. Reporting into the Marketing& Campaign (M&C) Manager, the candidate will work collaboratively with teams including PR, Sponsorship, Production, and more to create and publish content that reflects the festival brand whilst growing engagement and communicating key event information.The candidate should be engrossed in youth and digital culture, be able to work as part of a team, constantly provide innovative content ideas and present them to stakeholders.They will be required to work on site at a number of events over the summer which all span weekends.Who you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceEssential
