This is a really exciting and engaging opportunity for a creative social media and content candidate!Client DetailsInsurance provider in London are looking for an interim Social Media and Content Manager to join asap.DescriptionAccountabilitiesSocial mediaFollow the social media strategy for Advisers that increases engagement, referral traffic and following.Manage and coordinate the social content plan and content delivery using tools like Sprout Social to manage multiple social media channels.Present the brand as an authoritative voice in the Insurance, Investments, Health, Fitness and Wellbeing conversations.Identify trending news, and be able to write engaging social stories reactively as well as proactively. Working closely with PR to maximise opportunities.Manage community conversations and respond appropriately.Identity and work with key Intermediary/Adviser influencers who fit with the brand.Support events as required during working hours or out of hours.Regular monitoring and reporting on performance using tools such as Rival IQ and Keyhole.Use analytics and data to fine tune the social strategy for maximum engagement.Research, monitor and report on activity of company competitors.Keep abreast of industry movements and evolve the brands social media and content marketing best practices and strategies as relevant.ContentLead quarterly content planning process, collaborating with content/product owners and marketing leads across the organisation to plan and prioritise work.Monitor content performance, develop user insights and lead user experience optimisation across all adviser platforms.Design and deliver user research and usability testing to shape content decisions and user experience enhancements.Coordinate our content hub. Including content creation and delivery of content to to ensure that we build the hub with engaging and relevant content. Continually monitoring and adapting in order to meet the KPIs.Work with wider teams to package content relevant for intermediary audiences i.e. beyond the main asset - supporting content such as interviews, features, case studies, visual assets, video etc.Continue to evolve and adapt the content strategy in line with business goals and requirements.ProfileSkills RequiredEssential
