Job Description

  • The Opportunity - The ideal candidate will have had previous experience of supporting teams and managing the administrative requirements of a busy office environment. Specific tasks will include but are not be limited to:
  • Ensuring the office remains a COVID secure environment
  • Liaison with the landlord on day-to-day office matters
  • Answering telephones and routing calls as required
  • Drafting office related communications
  • Implementing the new joiner and leaver process
  • Keeping all distribution lists up to date
  • Maintaining the business recovery plan
  • Collating expenses/credit card receipts and liaising with the finance team
  • Sourcing and booking travel and accommodation for Social Finance employees
  • Liaising with suppliers for relevant purchasing requests - e.g. Stationery
  • Working with the Chief Technology Officer/IT Analyst to support the IT infrastructure - e.g. managing asset list
  • Liaising with our outsourced IT support
  • General administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office

  • Strong IT skills including experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
