We are recruiting for a well-established Main Contractor with over 20 year’s expertise. They are currently seeking a Site Manager / Working Foreman for a scheme located in Kennington, London.The scheme is a residential basement and extension project including structural waterproofing works and structural works to both the basement floor and upper floors.This is an exciting, fast-paced project for a Site Manager to see through from start to finish. The Site Manager must have experience working with a Main Contractor and experience relative to the project. Basements, structural works and structural waterproofing experience, with Delta certification, as well as refurbishment and fit out experience would be ideal.The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to an array of exciting and challenging future projects, which is ideal for a hungry manager to expand their knowledge and skillset.
