Site Manager/ Project Manager - Prime ResidentialThe Company

  • My client is a long established high end residential contractor with modern offices in a great Central London location.

  • They specialise in high end residential refurbishment and new build in Londons prime postcodes and super prime residential new builds in the Home Counties. They have forged an excellent reputation and brand.
The Projects
  • They have a rare opportunity for a site/project manager to join the team.
  • The project you will manage is an £8m refurbishment of a single dwelling residence in Kensington.
  • The project will entail a basement dig, structural works, and full refurb/fit out to an extremely high spec.
The Opportunity
  • Reporting to a roving Contracts Manager, the Site/Project Manager will have day to day responsibility for managing the site.
  • They are seeking an knowledable and dynamic character who can ensure optimal performance of the site team and subcontractors.
