Assistant Site Manager - North West London- High End Residential A small, family orientated, well established, construction company based in Greater London are seeking a Site Manager to help manage a new site in North West London.Sustainability and eco friendliness are at the core of the business.This is a great opportunity to be part of a truly family orientated contractor during a period of growth.The Site Manager roleThe Site manager will be based in North West London.You will have good technical knowledge and experience of building from the ground up and a keen eye for detail and quality.Working in coordination with the director and contracts manager you will help to oversee a single site Refurbishment with a contract value of £450,000. You will report directly into the director and contracts manager.You will be responsible for manging the day-to-day activities on site and are expected to be technologically proficient and highly organised. You will be responsible for procurement, health and safety, clients needs, labour and resources amongst other duties.Previous Passivhaus and sustainability experience would be beneficial.You will receive a high level of support and guidance and training from the director.On a weekly basis you will report to the director with a keen focus on customer satisfaction, commercial direction, and project progress.This is a permanent PAYE position.The CompanyThe Site Manager will join small sized developer who specialise in building and refurbishing high end properties throughout North West London and the South East.Sustainability and eco friendliness are at the core of the business.The company currently has a good pipeline of works confirmed and are a very stable outfit.The company truly believe in supporting and developing their team members and really operate with a one team ethos.They currently have 12 full time employees and around 40 - 50 subcontractors at any given time.The PersonThe Site Manager will have
