Site Manager - High End Residential - LondonAn established medium sized high-end residential contractor in London is seeking a Site Manager to assist in an ever-growing workload.They are looking for site manager with experience of very high end / prime properties within London.The CompanyThe Site Manager will join the established contractor as they continue to grow.They have over 50 years experience in the high-end residential market working on some of the most prestigious properties in the South East and London.The company currently has a confirmed pipeline of works going through until late 2022 and therefore are looking for someone to join their close-knit team with longevity and loyalty in mind.The projects typically take place throughout prime and ultra-prime central London with project values up to £30 Million. All their works consists of the refurbishment or development of new properties they can be complex and in-depth projects, particularlywhere tricky basements are concerned.The company truly believe in supporting their team members and helping them progress internally and grow as an individual.The Site Manager roleThe Site Manager will be site based in London and responsible for helping to ensure the effective management of the single site.Working with the Contract manager, you will assist in overseeing a single site and will report to directly to them. You will interlink your individual programmes ensuring delays and variations are accounted for as and when they arise.You will work to the highest standards of detail and quality and liaise heavily with clients ensuring their expectations are exceeded.You will be responsible for the programming and planning of the site and will be expected to be able to mitigate or lessen any risks to the schedule of works.Liaising with the sub-contractors you will be responsible for them, any other resources and the management and smooth running of the entire site.The PersonThe Site Manager will have a keen eye for detail and be able to anticipate and minimise any disruption to the programme.You will have
