Site Manager - Fire Doors Installation Projects £40K - £45K + Car/AllowanceLondon / South EastHowells Solutions are working with a leading Fire Protection Business to recruit 4 x Site Managers to oversee Fire Door Installation projects across London and the South East.My client is a leading contractor operating within the passive fire protection market, delivering fire door installation ranging from 5 - 1000 doors per project. You will oversee multiple projects working for Social Housing Clients including local authorities,council and housing associations. Projects are all long-term frameworks upgrading fire doors within low and high-rise properties.This is a client facing position; therefore client liaison and relationship management skills are essential.As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting propertiespre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the programme. You will ensure all works comply with CDM regulations with regards to FRA works as well ensuring Health & Safety and Environmental regulations are adheredto at all times.Site Manager Relevant Experience / Qualifications:
